Vibrational Medicine - The most effective and quickest modalities I've used for healing use energy and vibrational medicine as their basis. Nutrition, Vitamins and Herbs were very helpful, but without the support of energy work, they were not enough for me to regain my health or move emotional blocks. EFT Emotional Freedom Techniques provides impressive physical and emotional freedom. This new discovery often works where nothing else will. EFT is fast, simple, easy to use and works on a myriad of difficulties. It works well for both emotional and physical problems and I have worked successfully with it on pain, anger, grief, emotional upsets, motion sickness, weight loss and CFS chronic fatigue syndrome. EFT uses energy meridian points as used in Acupuncture. Tapping on these points while focusing on the problems helps unblock the energy and allows the body to regain balance. Gary Craig developed EFT in the early 1980's. EFT has gained in popularity and is used by Medical professionals and lay people with fabulous results.

My name is Laurie R. Appel. If you are looking for faster effective ways to heal, you have come to the right place. I have searched for the very best ways to promote healing for thirty years. Initially I wanted to help my Mother with a severe back/neck problem that put her in the hospital Emergency Room about five times a year. Then years later I needed a great deal of help for myself and other people I know.
The search for better ways to heal became my life quest when I developed Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), and almost died. After many years I regained enough health to return to work but kept searching for other healing techniques to increase my health to a higher level as I still had stamina problems. During my journey I managed Vitamin/Herb Health Food stores for six years. This helped me stay current on new products and I learned a great deal of what worked from my own personal experience and customer feedback.
