Muscle Testing

Muscle Testing or applied kinesiology is used to test the body  for a variety of purposes.  My use of muscle testing has been for several things.  It has been used to find out what was causing my chronic fatigue syndrome and which herbs would help.  I use it to test all vitamins and herbs that I take.  Many times there will be a difference between brands due to added ingredients.   With Zinc the Picolinate form is absorbed by my body much better than gluconate.  The picolinate form is bound to a protien and I can take less because it is more absorbable to my body.  I also test new items that I think might be be helpful to make sure they are before I put out the money for them.  Muscle testing can also be used with EFT or other techniques to check for any unconcious reversal.
